Job Description:

 Project: Client is doing a Global HR Transformation Project. They currently have 300 HR Systems and they are moving them all over to SAP ECC 6.0. This will be done in 3 waves. First wave will include 17 countries. Then they have 3 additional waves to follow after that. Nest week they are beginning to create test scripts and then will be moving in the testing.

Responsibilities

Assume responsibility and coordinate all testing activities within project
Facilitate meetings with our third party vendor as well as business partners to ensure we are ready to execute successful testing

Identify issues around all testing activities (i.e. IT and HR) and drive the appropriate resolution
Update the project plan for work completed and project upcoming work effort
Assist business partners in identifying appropriate testing scenarios
Serve as a liaison between our third party vendor and members from IT and HR
Serve as the central point of contact for all testing tools (e.g. HP Quality Center)
Maintain dashboards and other reports for the testing activities
Participate on the defect management board and assist in providing oversight on the proposed solutions.

Must:

Recent experience in working on a major global SAP HR/payroll project and at least three full implementation projects of SAP HR/Payroll

Experience working on a project that has multiple deliverables and multiple waves
Deep testing experience in SAP HR/Benefit/Payroll and legacy environment
Solid LEAD experience in all aspects of testing (QA, UAT, Payroll parallel as well as performance and stress testing)
Exposure and capability to operate at a senior management/director level
A track record in managing project schedules and driving testing issues to resolution
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project
Working knowledge of HP Quality Center
Good oral communication and presentation skills
Above average facilitation skills in driving teams to an appropriate decisions/resolutions
Good influencing skills
SAP 4.6c exp or higher
