Job Description:
Ytek has an immediate need for a technical recruiter for its Global IT dept.
You will be responsible for recruiting for Information Technology, ERP Analysts and Engineering positions to meet the increased business demands of our clients. You will implement various sourcing strategies to screen resumes and interview and manage candidates through the selection process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Perform full-cycle recruitment functions. Prescreen, interview and submit qualified candidates for a variety of positions. Conduct direct sourcing for qualified candidates. Work closely with Ytek Source Account Managers. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management and Associates. Make all hiring offers and counteroffers to selected candidates
OTHER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend job fairs and other recruiting events Check references of qualified candidates
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree … Must have strong, recently demonstrated skills in standard recruitment techniques At least one year of demonstrated recruiting in either a corporate or agency environment. Information Technology or Telecommunication Recruiting experience preferred. Demonstrated Internet proficiency, must be proficient in MS Office Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and personnel practices Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities. Must be able to be self directed and hit the ground running
