Job Description:
Ytek has an immediate need for SAP Training Coordinators for its Training dept.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
Ability to Multi-Task with strong Customer Service Skills..
Take enrollments from the students (attendees) and communicate them with relevant information
Work closely with Ytek’s SAP Subject Matter Experts.
Must be able to guide students for their initial round of questions.
Schedule meetings with students & Yteks counselors.
Ready to work on Off Hours
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree …
Must have strong, recently demonstrated skills in customer handling
techniques
Information Technology especially SAP Knowledge preferred.
Demonstrated Internet proficiency, must be proficient in MS Office
Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized
Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities.
